This policy describes how Pinnacle Retirement Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information through this website. It covers our educational pages, contact and book-request forms, and Social Security calculator. Separate websites and service providers have their own privacy practices, as explained below.
1. Information you provide
When you submit a contact or book request, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and the resource or request you selected. We also record when the request was submitted. If you contact us directly, we receive the information you choose to include in your message and any subsequent correspondence.
Please do not send Social Security numbers, account numbers, passwords, medical records, or other sensitive documents through website forms or ordinary email. If additional information is needed for a separate service, ask us how to provide it appropriately.
2. How we use and share information
We use request information to respond to you, help with requested resources, arrange conversations, maintain contact records, and follow up about your inquiry. We also use technical information to operate, troubleshoot, and protect the website.
Website form submissions are stored in our website database and transmitted to service providers that support our operations: Formspree for form processing, Resend for email notifications, and SafeMoney CRM for contact management. Notifications are sent to Rick Kelly and SafeMoney support personnel who help manage website inquiries. Hosting and technology providers also process information necessary to deliver their services.
These disclosures support responding to your request; submitting a form does not publish your contact details on the website. We may also disclose information when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect legal rights, safety, or website security.
3. Booking a consultation
Our consultation buttons open an embedded Agent CRM booking calendar. When you open that calendar, your browser connects to the calendar provider. Information you enter there is processed through that provider to handle your appointment and related communications. The provider may use its own cookies or similar technologies. Review the privacy notices presented by the booking service before submitting information.
4. Social Security calculator privacy
The Social Security calculator uses your birth year, estimated monthly benefit at full retirement age, and planning age to calculate estimates in your browser. The calculator does not send those inputs to our lead database or CRM, or save them in browser storage. Opening the booking calendar does not automatically transfer your calculator inputs. It does not request your Social Security number or access your Social Security account.
If you separately include calculator results in a message or appointment request, that information becomes part of the correspondence you provide.
5. Browser storage, technical data, and third-party content
The site uses browser local storage to remember when you dismiss the reader-feedback popup. You can remove that preference by clearing site data in your browser. Browser settings also let you manage or block cookies, although doing so may affect embedded services such as the booking calendar.
Our servers and hosting providers may process technical information such as requested pages, request times, browser or device details, IP addresses, and error information as part of delivering and securing the site.
Some fonts and images load from third parties, including Google Fonts, Unsplash, and SafeMoney.com. Loading those resources sends ordinary connection information, such as your IP address and browser details, to the provider. Their handling of that information is governed by their own privacy policies.
6. Links to other websites
Links to The LifeTime PayCheck website, SafeMoney.com, SSA.gov, Google Maps, and other external resources take you to separate websites. This policy does not describe their data practices. Please review their policies before submitting information.
7. Retention and security
We retain information as needed to handle inquiries, maintain relevant business records, and meet legal obligations. Retention can vary by the type of information and the reason it was collected. Records held by service providers may also be subject to their retention and backup practices.
No website, transmission method, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Contact us if you believe information you provided through the site has been misused.
8. Your choices and privacy requests
You can browse our educational content and use the calculator without submitting a contact form. To ask about your information, request a correction or deletion, or ask us to stop nonessential follow-up, email rick@pinnacleretirementinc.com or call (970) 541-4772.
Depending on where you live and which laws apply, you may have additional rights to access, obtain a copy of, correct, or delete personal information, or limit certain uses. We will consider requests under applicable law and may need to verify your identity. Some records may need to be retained for legal or legitimate business purposes. Please do not send identity documents unless we have arranged an appropriate method with you.
9. Children and policy changes
This retirement-education website is intended for adults, not children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted personal information, contact us so we can investigate and address it.
We may update this policy when our website or data practices change. The updated version will appear here with a revised date, with additional notice where required by law.
